Kyle and Mandy Engagement

It was a good day to be a photographer in Greenville. We had the pleasure of getting to know Kyle and Mandy a little better today and they were great. It was serendipitous to happen upon your couch- can you believe they were getting rid of that gem? Paul went back to pull out for safe keeping, we'll drop it by your house next week. We are looking forward to more fun on Saturday and then for the bridal. We wish you all the best on your adventure.

More in common than we could plan. Megan comes from my home state, Michigan. We met on a day that was a little cold and rainy, she wasn't sure if I would make the drive out but soon realized we were made of the same tough Michigan skin and knew we would make a great match, not to mention she and Matt are engineers. If I understand anyone it is an engineer, at least their I like to think I do, you will have to get confirmation from Paul. Anyway, their gorgeous event took place at the Loom in Simpsonville. It was planned perfectly with plenty of time for fun. Everything about the day seemed to fall into place and we are pretty sure everyone had a great time, even us. Thank you.

Sometimes it is really good to be "just" the flower girl.

A December Wedding at Twigs

Had a great day with Jeff and Sammantha. They were a lot of fun, I even ended up telling Jeff he was a character I wasn't expecting. He had me fooled since all of our chats were business oriented or he was complimenting his beautiful wife-to-be. Once wedding day came we found out how much this couple loves to laugh together, how selfless and giving they are. Just ask any of the employee/friends that were there to witness the joy. Best wishes to this new family.

Matt & Ashley

This was an especially fun shoot for us, an opportunity for us to spend some quality time with some of our favorite people and then meet thier mates! Also, equally charming! We had a great time stopping at some pre-planned surprise locations, only for them to surprise us in the end with a lovely bottle of wine from the vineyard we took them to. We are really looking forward to your bridal shoot and can't wait for your big day at the Gassaway Mansion. We know it will all be gorgeous and you will be stunning.

Here is to Dana and Matt that have become our friends, we know you might deny we are but there is no way you would want to keep doing these shoots with us if you didn't like us. We had so much fun treating you like our PlayDoh and making fun of you while doing it. What can we say, you are beautiful and you make us laugh, too. An after shoot was a great idea and we think will see more "blue steel" in the future...BLISS, bliss...and more bliss.

Cody and Erin are two of the most genuine people I have meet. Erin was so busy during her wedding catching up with everyone and Cody was right beside her. In Cody's speach he talked about how it seemed impossible to narrow down thier invite list because they had a special place for all of the people that came, leading to their beautiful backyard wedding that could have easily filled a convention center. You can tell the care you give people has already come back to you. Much Bliss.
